For real this time!!

Why is this so hard??? Why cant I just start this and stick to it??? I'm so sick of being "fat", and not feeling comfortable in my own skin. I truly want a change, and I'm going to make it happen!!! So I've been doing some research and really like the idea of Semi Low Carb, I mean come'on I LOVE bread, cereal, granola, milk. So I am going to do this plan:

Daily
- Fruits (low carb)
- Green Veggies
- Leafy Greens
- Poultry
- Green Tea

3 times a week
- Oily Fish
- Cottage Cheese
- Avocado

Once a week
- Whole Grains
- Dessert (low carb)
- Red meat
- Sweet Potato

NEVER!
- Fast Food
- Soda
- Processed meals/frozen dinners
- Canned soup
- “Diet” anything
PLUS: Eat breakfast every day, no exceptions.

I am really going to make an effort, give myself 50 days May 8Th. I will check my progress then and see if I need to twik anything.

Also a lill motivation for myself, this is what I want to look like at the end of this!

Julia Childs....


So needles to say I haven't started any of my attempts to lose weight, no diet, and no Wii. My mom told me not to buy the Wii but I did anyway thinking yeah right I'm going to be on that thing everyday. Anyway, Ive been watching Julia & Julia, i really admire that women. She was a big girl, tall, and not to attractive. She didn't care what anyone thought about her. She was courageous, passionate, and optimistic. I think i want to go to cooking school, i love to cook and eat....

Wii Wii Wii all thw way home

Ok so I bought a Wii about two weeks ago, but just bought the Wii Fitness this past Sunday. I am so excited about it, I hope this helps in my battle. I set my Mii up today and it states I have a BMI of 43, oooch!! I am OBESE; I want to bring it down to 25. I’ve decided I am not going to have a goal weight, more like a goal BMI. Now tomorrow morning I “plan” to get up early and work out, I also plan on making a good breakfast and lunch for my son…. The thing is in the morning I’m going to want to sleep an extra 5 mins and that turns into 30-45 min extra. I’m crazy…
You should hear me with the kids, I’m telling them all day about what to eat what not to eat… shaking my head!! I eat any and everything, but I went to the grocery store and bought all fruit, veggies, meat, grains, dairy. I really tried to stay out of the aisles. So this is what I look like now:
